Q. What age do I need to be to move into RV Lifestyle Village?

A. RV Lifestyle Village has been specifically designed for over 50s.

Q. Do you have entry or exit fees?

A. No, there are no entry and exit fees when purchasing a home. There is no stamp duty to pay either.

Q. How much are your weekly site rental fees? Do I qualify for Government rent assist?

A. Site fees are $235.60 per week (at 1 October 2024) for homes. Yes, you may be able to apply for rent assistance. Click here to see if you are eligible.

Q. If I decide to sell, what options do I have?

A. Set your asking price, choose your own Real Estate agent and receive 100% of the capital gain on your sale price. Remember, there are no exit fees, ever.

Q. How does RV Lifestyle Village cater for RV owners?

A. All of our homes come with large garages, capable of housing a small boat, caravan and two cars! They are truly designed to be ‘lock and go’ so you can close your front door and be on the road, with no need to worry about maintenance or security while you’re away. When you come back home, we have a large covered wash bay on site for cleaning and maintenance.

Q. Can my family and friends stay with me at my home?

A. Yes, short stays to visit you are always welcome. Hardstands are available for guests travelling with RVs or caravans.

Q. Is RV Lifestyle Village pet friendly?

A. Yes of course! We even have a large fenced dog park onsite and a K9000 dog wash for residents to utilise.
