Major construction underway

Development Construction Pty Ltd (Devcon) have been appointed as our civil works contractor and have now moved onsite to commence works. The first stage of works to be undertaken will include the installation of major services, construction of village roads and preparing house lots for construction. Additionally, major upgrades to Schleger Street, outside of the village will commence in the coming months.

We’re delighted to have the DEVCON team onboard and we look forward to an exciting 2020 and the completion of Stage one. You can read more about the appointment of DEVCON here. 

We have appointed Rubicon Design+Construct to build our community facilities, as well as Christensen Industries, who will construct our homes. Their teams are expected onsite in December.
