Development application approved!

We’re delighted to announce that Bundaberg Regional Council has unanimously voted in favour of the construction of RV Lifestyle Village in Burnett Heads.

Planning and Development portfolio spokesman Cr Ross Sommerfeld announced the approval at yesterday’s meeting and spoke about the benefits that the development will have in the region along with its ideal location in Burnett Heads. 

“The site’s location enables it to be readily serviced with essential infrastructure, is close to road networks, is an efficient use of available land and is a well-designed development offering a high level of residential amenity,” Cr Sommerfeld said. 

As well as creating a residential community that will appeal to locals and attract new residents to Burnett Heads, we foresee that the development will create substantial construction and operational jobs, which will be a significant boost to local and regional businesses.
